Description
Located in the picturesque village of Sticcianese, near Arcille, in the province of Grosseto, this charming house represents a perfect blend of ancient history and modernity. Originally a barn from the year 1000, the building was expertly renovated in 2010, maintaining the typical rustic charm of the area while integrating modern materials and finishes.
Upon arrival, we are greeted by a perfectly maintained building, immersed in a well-kept setting and enveloped by the serenity of the surrounding countryside. A convenient parking space allows us to leave our means of transport and, with a few steps, reach the independent entrance of the house.
The first impression is with an exclusive garden, a small triangular gem that, through two steps, leads to a wonderful covered loggia. This space not only adds beauty and harmony, but also offers an area of great comfort to enjoy the outdoors in any season.
Crossing the threshold of the loggia, we enter a spacious living area divided into three distinct zones: a relaxing lounge area, a functional dining area, and a practical kitchen corner. The presence of a thermofireplace not only adds a touch of warmth and welcome, but also allowed the removal of LPG, ensuring energy efficiency and savings.
From the living room, through a hallway, we access the understairs storage room, now used as a laundry room, a practical and well-organized solution. Continuing, we find a comfortable single bedroom, a bright bathroom with a bathtub and window, and a spacious master bedroom, perfect for rest and relaxation.
This house, with its ancient history and expert restoration, offers not only a residence but a unique experience, where the past and the present merge in perfect harmony, creating a charming and welcoming place in the heart of Tuscany.
